Intro to The Chakra System
Jul
10
to Jul 24

Intro to The Chakra System

In this immersive class, participants will explore the Chakra system—an ancient and powerful framework that maps the energetic architecture of the body. Each class is thoughtfully designed to deepen your understanding of the seven main Chakras, which correspond to different physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of our lives.

Through guided discussion, students will be introduced to the key qualities, symbols, and imbalances associated with specific Chakras. This foundational knowledge will be integrated into a gentle, intentional yoga practice designed to awaken, align, and balance the corresponding energy centers. Each session includes asana (yoga postures), breathwork, a brief meditation tailored to the Chakras in focus, and a closing savasana enhanced by the soothing vibrations of Himalayan singing bowls.

Over the course of these classes, we will begin with grounding practices for the lower Chakras—Root, Sacral, and Solar Plexus—progress to the heart-centered and expressive realms of the Heart and Throat Chakras, and culminate with practices that awaken inner vision and connection to higher consciousness through the Third Eye and Crown Chakras.

Whether you are new to the concept of Chakras or looking to deepen your current understanding, this series offers a supportive space to explore the mind-body-energy connection. Each class stands on its own, and students are welcome to join any session, regardless of prior attendance.

Acupuncture & Sound Journey: Balancing the Fire Within

Join acupuncturist Maegan Lemp sound practitioner Joy Page and for a deeply nourishing journey through sound, acupuncture, and elemental wisdom.

We’ll begin with a short discussion of the elemental energies of this time of year and how Meridian Therapy and Gemmotherapy can support you in staying grounded and aligned. From there, you’ll settle into restorative postures, where Joy will guide you through a soundscape designed to soothe the nervous system, while Maegan applies acupuncture to nourish the Earth element—governing digestion, clarity, and our ability to pivot with grace.

Reiki L1 Training (Level 1)

to Sep 29

Reiki L1 Training (Level 1)

This training is open to anyone and is one of the most thorough and comrehensive available. Because the course is spread out over multiple weeks, this allows appropriate time to learn, practice, and integrate the Reiki energy.

Students receive many hours of hands-on experience. And, at the end of this training, practitioners feel confident in their ability to use Reiki energy to heal themselves and others.

In this training, we emphasize spiritual growth and Reiki healing as a life-long pursuit, and provide many additional handouts, websites, organizations, and other resources for Reiki students to access along the way and after the training.

Reiki is a powerful healing technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is based on the knowledge that "life force energy" flows through us and keeps us balanced, alive and well.

When we're not feeling well, it can be caused by blockages in our flow of energy that becomes stagnant causing us to feel stuck, overly emotional or stressed. Reiki works to clear and balance the energies of the body, bringing about profound physical, emotional, and spiritual changes in a person.

During this course we will learn:

  • The background and history of Reiki

  • Energy Healing concepts

  • Techniques to Ground Energy

  • How Reiki Works (including specific scientific studies)

  • How to use Reiki to heal oneself

  • How to use Reiki to heal others (including animals)

  • How to Clear and Protect Your Energy

  • How to Imbue Sacred Objects with Reiki

Upon completing this training, you will have receive your Reiki I Attunement in Traditional Usui Reiki First Degree, and a certificate as a Traditional Usui First Degree Practitioner.

Join us for this intro to mindfulness stress based reduction and determine if this series is for you.

Mindfulness is the practice of present moment, non-judgmental awareness of one’s experience. Raise Your Vibration: Discover the Science and Soul of Frequency Healing

Step into a space of exploration, where science meets subtle energy and curiosity leads the way.

This gathering is an invitation to discover how frequency-based therapies can support healing on physical, emotional, and energetic levels. Every cell in the body resonates at its own unique frequency—and when those vibrations fall out of harmony, symptoms and imbalances can arise.

Together, we'll unpack the foundational science behind frequency healing, explore its historical roots, and experience several hands-on demonstrations with small, personal, advanced therapeutic tools and devices. Whether you're brand new to the concept or already working with energy modalities, this is an opportunity to expand your understanding and connect with others on a shared journey of vibrational wellness.

Come with questions, an open mind, and meet other like-minded individuals.

Summer Solstice Sound Journey & Restorative Yoga

Summer Solstice Sound Journey & Restorative Yoga

Step into the radiant energy of the Summer Solstice—a powerful turning point on the wheel of the year. As the sun reaches its peak, we gather to honor this moment of illumination and abundance through movement, sound, and deep inner reflection.

This special class weaves together gentle, heart-opening yoga with the resonant vibrations of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, enhanced by the grounding rhythm of Reiki drumming. This sacred drumming technique channels healing energy directly into the body and energy field, helping to release blockages, restore balance, and deepen your connection to Source.

Together, these healing practices help us attune to the expansive energy of the season, grounding us in the present while aligning us with personal and collective transformation.

The solstice mirrors a deeper truth: that growth unfolds in cycles. As the light intensifies outside, it activates a longing within—a desire to break free, to bloom, to evolve. In this sacred space, we call on the compassionate energy of the Divine Mother to guide us with nurturing, grace, and clarity through times of change.

With the sun's entry into Cancer, we are invited to soften into the watery realm of emotional connection, creativity, and intuition. This is a time for nourishing the soul, cultivating inner safety, and embracing the warm, life-giving essence of the feminine.

Come as you are. Leave recharged, realigned, and radiant.
