Ayurveda, the sister science to yoga, has so much to teach us about our bodies, our proclivities, and our overall health. This series will blend ancient teachings for wellbeing with slow, intentional movement, allowing us to tune in more deeply to the rhythms of the summer season and those same reflected rhythms within ourselves. Gentle breathwork and guided meditation will be sprinkled in to awaken the mind, senses, and self-awareness.
